1. Who we are
Reaxo ("we", "us", "our") provides marketing automation and CRM services for fitness, health clinic, and wellness businesses, built on top of GoHighLevel infrastructure. This policy covers reaxo. tech and any tools, forms, calculators, or chat widgets embedded on it.

2. Information we collect

Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number — via CAC/LTV calculator, contact forms, demo booking
Business details (niche, ad budget, customer count, revenue estimates) — via CAC/LTV calculator
Appointment details (date, time, timezone) — when booking a demo call
Marketing source data (ad click IDs, UTM parameters, referring page) — automatically, from the link or ad you arrived from
Chat messages — if you use the website chat widget
3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a demo, consultation, or the results of a calculator you ran
To send the SMS/email updates you’ve explicitly opted into (non-marketing updates and marketing messages are opted into separately via the consent checkboxes on our forms)
To measure which marketing channels and campaigns are working, using the source data above
To provide the service itself, once you’re a client (CRM, automation workflows, reporting)
4. Text messages & email
We only send SMS/WhatsApp messages to numbers that have checked the relevant consent box on our forms. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.

5. Third parties we share data with

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our CRM, booking calendar, and SMS/email delivery platform
Zoho — business email hosting
Advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) — only aggregate conversion events, not your personal messages, and only if you arrived via one of their ads
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies & tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar local storage to remember where a visitor came from (so we can measure which marketing works) and to keep a booking form pre-filled between steps. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

7. Data retention
We keep contact and lead data for as long as you’re an active lead or client, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us to exercise any of these.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools and practices evolve. The "Last updated" date always reflects the latest version.
