Terms of Service — Reaxo

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Note: this is a general-purpose template matching how Reaxo currently operates — not a substitute for legal advice, and doesn’t include jurisdiction-specific clauses (governing law, dispute resolution venue). A lawyer should fill those in for your actual operating entity before this is treated as final.

1. Acceptance
By using reaxo. tech, submitting a form, running our CAC/LTV calculator, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What Reaxo provides
Reaxo provides marketing automation, CRM setup, and (where contracted) advertising management for fitness, health clinic, and wellness businesses, delivered on GoHighLevel infrastructure. The specific scope of work for paying clients is defined separately in your service agreement or proposal — these general terms don’t replace that.

3. The calculator & estimates
Tools like our CAC/LTV calculator produce estimates based on the numbers you enter — they are a simplified planning aid, not a financial guarantee or audit of your business. Results will vary from your actual numbers depending on factors the calculator doesn’t account for.

4. Communications you opt into
By checking the relevant consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive the specific SMS, WhatsApp, or email communications described next to that checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email) without affecting any other part of your relationship with us.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Submit false contact information to our forms or calculator, or automate submissions to it
Attempt to access, scrape, or overload our systems beyond normal use of the site
Use the site or its tools for any unlawful purpose
6. No guarantee of results
Marketing and automation outcomes depend on factors outside our control (your market, offer, pricing, execution). Case studies and example numbers shown on our site describe specific past results for specific businesses and are not a promise of similar results for yours.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reaxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its tools. This section doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes
We may update these terms as our tools and services evolve. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version — continued use after a change means you accept the update.
